Legal Manager (m/f/d) with focus on data law

• Assist in establishing a legal & Compliance framework/structure to ensure that the company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Evaluate the business and compliance process and provide practical advices for the improvement of the compliance structure
• Provide compliance support for the company’s business in EU, especially in the fields of data security, personal data, anti‑trust and labor law, etc.
• Cooperate with regulatory authorities and serve as liaison between the company and the authorities.
• Actively support the project team to ensure that the operation model or technical architecture complies with local requirements and company policies, identify potential legal risks and provide legal advices as needed.
• Carry out compliance training

Qualification and Skills

• Passed the German bar exam or similar qualification; Have a degree in vehicle engineering, IT, etc. is plus
• Passed CIPP/E or PDPP qualification
• Several years of experience in automobile industry
• Proficient in OEM business flows and data flows in the automotive industry
• have management experience and excellent leadership and communication skills.
• proficient in German and English
