About us

Our client is an international provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services. In order to support the development of their Luxembourg-based office, they are currently looking for a Legal Officer (m / f).

Mission

Act as a client contact and manage all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set‑up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Organise board and shareholder meetings
• Arrange relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
• Draft corporate documents and agreements
• Open bank accounts and arrange company payments
• Keep company electronic and physical files in good order
• Ensure compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Profile

• Degree educated in Law
• 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary
• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a prerequisite – a very good level in French is also seen as an advantage
• PC literate (MS Office)
