Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist for a maternity cover position at our Atessa (IT) location. This position offers hybrid working arrangements with home-based options if located outside Abruzzo, requiring 3-4 days of office presence per month.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for legal operations facilitating communication between Global and Local legal teams
Support corporate governance activities
Provide support and collaborate on the review of agreements
Manage contract lifecycle using company tools, overseeing efficient tracking of legal agreements
Support GDPR compliance activities

 

Requirements:

Master's degree in law
1-2 years of professional experience in Legal Departments and/or public accounting/auditing
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of MS Office and Compliance systems
Strong understanding of legal requirements and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong influencing and partnering abilities
Learning agility
