    Our work includes reducing CO2 emissions in production, technical building management (heating, sanitation, air conditioning, refrigeration), optimizing ventilation systems, and lighting planning. We take ACT NOW! seriously and are looking for dedicated colleagues to maintain and service our systems.

    Location and Responsibilities

    Based in Hamburg's HafenCity, this role involves managing maintenance and repair operations for building technology at a fixed site, with no travel required. Your key tasks include:

    • Organizing, controlling, and supervising maintenance and repair work on building technical systems
    • Monitoring technical processes and managing subcontractors, including quality assurance
    • Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations
    • Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities and inspecting their work
    • Performing minor repairs and maintenance in collaboration with other technicians

    Candidate Profile

    • Completed vocational training as a heating, sanitation, air conditioning technician, gas/water installer, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or mechatronics technician for refrigeration, or comparable qualification. Further education as master or technician in relevant trades is advantageous.
    • Experience in technical building equipment as a service technician, customer service technician, or senior technician
    • Good German language skills (minimum B1) and valid work permit
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Customer and service orientation
