We are looking for a dedicated person to join the team in Bingen am Rhein as Leiter - Teile & Zubehör / Autohaus (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

Lead our parts department team and coordinate interfaces between workshop, sales, and administration.
Develop and implement sales‑driving measures for original parts of our brands to further unlock market potential.
Ensure profitable processes in the entire parts department—from A to Z, including procurement and logistics.
Manage procurement and coordinate all necessary steps so the right goods are available at the right time and place; maintain trusted exchange with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
Contribute ideas to elevate internal processes to a higher level.

Qualifications

Completed training, e.g. automotive sales clerk or office management clerk, ideally with further qualification (e.g., Fachwirt/in or Betriebswirt/in) or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience, ideally with team leadership experience.
Business‑economics know‑how, technical knowledge, and interest in automotive and procurement topics.
Confident appearance, strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable, goal‑oriented approach with the ability to motivate the team.
