Responsibilities

• Lead the entire team in the Social Care area (social and additional care).
• Plan the personnel schedule.
• Implement the care concept.
• Prepare, plan, organize, conduct, and follow up events and activity offerings.
• Coordinate budget planning for social care in collaboration with the house management.
• Activate and maintain resident resources.
• Ensure quality and document the planned and delivered services.

Profile / Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in the state law as e.g. social pedagogue, social worker, occupational therapist or gerontopsychiatric specialist.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Experience in therapeutic activities.
• Sense of responsibility and social competence.
• Organizational talent, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with staff and seniors.
• Class B driver's licence for resident trips in a small bus is desirable.
