We are a growing company looking to scale our sales and recruiting efforts through smarter outreach and lead generation. To achieve this, we are searching for a proactive, detail-oriented LinkedIn Talent Sourcer & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team.


🎯 Your Role

As our Talent Sourcer & Lead Generation Specialist, you will:
• Identify and source potential candidates on LinkedIn using advanced search strategies
• Generate verified B2B leads (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) customized to our target market
• Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Notes, InMails, and email sequences
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep our CRM/ATS updated
• Create structured reports in Google Sheets or Excel with complete lead and candidate details


✅ What We’re Looking For


• Proven experience (3+ years) as a LinkedIn Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or Lead Generation VA
• Strong skills in Boolean & X-ray search techniques
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, SalesQL, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently


💼 Nice to Have


• Experience in sourcing for sales-related roles
• Knowledge of Indeed, job boards, or CRM/ATS systems
• Previous experience supporting international clients


🎁 What We Offer

💰 Compensation: $6 USD / hour
🕒 Workload: 3 h * day ( Monday to friday)
🌍 Location: Remote – Global applicants welcome
