Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Voice Agent Engineer with deep expertise in LiveKit to join our team. This is a highly focused role - perfect for someone who already knows LiveKit inside out and has successfully delivered production-ready voice agent solutions.


What You’ll Do:
• Design, build, and optimize Voice Agents using LiveKit.
• Implement and manage SIP/WebRTC integrations for seamless calling.
• Integrate voice workflows with our existing backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with our team to shape best practices for real-time communications.


What We’re Looking For:
• Extensive, hands-on experience with LiveKit (please share details of projects you’ve built and deployed).
• Strong understanding of SIP, WebRTC, and real-time media pipelines.
• Proven ability to work with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building real-time voice solutions.


Bonus Points:
• Experience integrating LLMs, TTS, STT, or AI-driven workflows with LiveKit.
• Familiarity with scaling real-time communication systems.
• Background in logistics, telephony, or similar voice-driven domains.
