LME Hedging Manager

Redstone Commodity Search is working with a major metals producer looking to hire a LME Hedging Manager to join the team in Lugano .

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and execute LME hedging strategies to manage market risks.
• Monitor and adjust hedge positions in alignment with market conditions.
• Analyse metal markets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless risk management operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide accurate performance reports.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of experience in LME or commodity hedging, with bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of LME products, risk management, and market analysis.
• Familiarity with trading systems like LMEselect; excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Located or willing to relocate to Lugano, Switzerland.
