Position Summary:
We are focused on building a strong and scalable Loan Origination System (LOS) infrastructure to support operational efficiency, compliance, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive LOS Administrator to support and maintain our loan origination platforms, primarily Quantum Reverse and ReverseVision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering reverse mortgage LOS systems or similar platforms, and will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the systems meet business and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support day-to-day operations of Loan Origination Systems including Quantum Reverse and ReverseVision.
- Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings to align with operational and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with business units to gather and implement system changes, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Support new feature implementations, upgrades, and integration efforts with internal and external systems such as document management, CRM, and pricing engines.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage tickets with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and change logs.
- Provide training and support to end users including loan officers, processors, and support staff.
- Collaborate with compliance and IT teams to ensure system settings align with regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular system audits and user access reviews.
- Contribute to UAT planning and execution for system changes or new functionality.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage industry.
- Hands-on experience with Quantum Reverse and/or ReverseVision is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of loan origination workflows, document handling, and compliance considerations.
- Familiarity with user administration, system configuration, and LOS reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and IT.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience integrating LOS platforms with CRM, pricing, or document management systems.
Plus Skills and Experience:
- Basic understanding of APIs or automation tools related to LOS platforms.
- Prior experience supporting UAT or QA processes.
- Knowledge of reverse mortgage products and industry regulations.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
