Operations Associate Job Description

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for swift deliveries across Germany.

As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient packing and delivery of customers' orders.

You will also play a key role in maintaining high-quality products, monitoring stock levels and product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing customers' orders quickly and efficiently
• Ensuring customers receive fresh and high-quality products
• Registers and books new products
• Checks stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality
• Monitors and documents refrigeration unit and goods temperatures
• Maintains a clean and organized workplace with the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
