We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations and ERP Fleet Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our logistics processes and manage our fleet through ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, and leveraging ERP tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor and manage fleet activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet performance and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in fleet management.
• Implement and support ERP updates and integrations related to fleet and logistics modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations and fleet management using ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
