Job Title: Construction Site Logistics Specialist


Location: Wilhelmshaven, Germany


Start Date: December 2025


Duration: 16 months AUG Contract (employed German solution)


Tasks:
• Incoming inspections of supplier deliveries
• Checking materials for condition and completeness based on design information and shipping documents using IT tools (KANLOG and Site Material Tracker (SMT/ICMMS)
• Warehouse management and issuance and return of client-specific materials such as tools, instruments, and spare and wear parts in the Siemens warehouse
• Coordination of local shipping
• Management of site logistics and material handling


Requirements:
• min 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably on large construction sites
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural team
• Experience in logistics and warehousing
• Completed vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience
• MS Office experience, Good application skills in SAP R/3
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Experience gained in the sales, purchasing, logistics, export, and/or warehousing departments
