Project Description – JUMA Restaurant Logo Design


I am opening a new restaurant in the city center of Niamey, Niger (West Africa) called JUMA Restaurant. The restaurant will be divided into two parts:


Main Section (large and most important): Traditional Nigerian cuisine, showcasing authentic dishes and cultural flavors.


Smaller Section: Fast food corner for quick and modern dining.


Our vision for JUMA Restaurant is to become one of the biggest and most iconic restaurants in Niamey, combining modern simplicity with a classic traditional touch. The restaurant atmosphere will be both elegant and welcoming, reflecting West African culture while staying clean and contemporary.


For the logo, we are looking for a design that is:
• Simple and clean (easy to recognize and versatile).
• Meaningful and memorable, representing both tradition and modernity.
• Suitable for branding (menus, signage, uniforms, packaging, and social media).



If possible, we would love a creative touch where one of the letters in “JUMA” is replaced with a symbolic element


The logo should capture the spirit of African tradition and hospitality, while still being modern and timeless.
