ABOUT

BeautyFlow is a premium, modern brand for beauty/wellness clinics & salons in Germany.



STYLE DIRECTION
• Minimal, flat vector (no gradients, shadows, or 3D effects).
• "B" icon: use rounded inner corners (inner fillets) and a flowing negative-space middle bar; must read clearly as a B at small sizes.
• Wordmark preference (optional): Inter Medium for "Beauty" + Instrument Serif Italic for "Flow," matched visual weight and optical kerning. Comparable professional pairings welcome.
• Avoid cliches (lashes, crowns, leaves).
• Backgrounds: Porcelain White or transparent.


WORDMARK VARIANTS (REQUIRED)
Provide both formats, fully kerned and production-ready:
1. Single-line: BeautyFlow
2. Stacked (for social and small spaces):
   Beauty
   Flow
Notes:
• Keep optical balance when stacked (line break only between "Beauty" and "Flow"; no hyphenation).
• Deliver with icon (icon left or above) and wordmark-only for both formats.
• Clear file names (examples: BeautyFlow\_Wordmark-1Line\_RGB.svg, Beauty\_Flow\_Wordmark-Stacked\_RGB.svg, Beauty\_Flow\_IconAbove\_Stacked\_1024.png).

• Primary: #F7FAFF (Porcelain White)
• Secondary: #0F2F5B (Deep Navy)
• Accent: #7EC8F3 (Light Blue)
• Neutral-dark: #253040 (Slate/Gunmetal)
• Also provide an alternate set using #04070D (Charcoal Black) for comparison.
• Please explore a Silver-Gray variant for "Flow" or the "B" icon (flat, non-metallic; suggest a print-safe hex).


SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
1. Concepts: 2-3 directions (icon + wordmark) with short rationale.
2. Revisions: up to 3 rounds on the selected direction.
3. Final lockups: horizontal, stacked, and icon-only.
4. Colorways: full color, reverse (white), mono dark, mono light, silver-gray variant, and Charcoal option.
5. Files:
   • Vector: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (clean/optimized - no raster effects)
   • Raster: PNG (transparent) and JPG in common widths (4096, 2048, 1024, 512)
   • Color modes: RGB and CMYK (profiles listed)
   • Working file: Figma (preferred) or layered AI with organized naming
6. Social and web exports:
   • Square avatar (1024, 512), favicon set (16, 32, 48), app icon (1024)
   • OG image/header (1200x630)
7. Mini brand sheet (1-2 pages): palette (HEX/RGB/CMYK), typography (names and license links), spacing/clear-space, minimum sizes, usage on light/dark, do/don’ts, file inventory.


TECHNICAL CRITERIA
• Precise vector curves; no live effects or embedded rasters.
• Legible at 16x16 px (favicon); crisp at 1x and 2x.
• Balanced optical kerning; consistent rounded inner corners; pixel-hinting awareness.
• SVGs: minimal paths, clean viewBox, no unnecessary groups or IDs; outline text in finals.


WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL
• Start with "FLOW" so we know you read the brief.
• 3-5 portfolio links to minimal/typographic logos.
• Short approach covering:
  1. the "B" icon construction,
  2. the wordmark pairing and kerning,
  3. delivering clean, Framer-ready SVGs and social exports.
• Fixed price and lead time; note any assumptions (extra rounds, additional exports, etc.).
• Confirm originality and full, exclusive rights transfer upon final payment.
• Font licensing plan (outline text in vector files; provide links or license info).
