Hi! I’m looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help me stay on top of both personal and business tasks. This isn’t just a generic admin job — I need someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think in systems, so things run smoothly behind the scenes.



✨ What you’ll be helping with:
• Personal admin: calendar updates, reminders, and errands coordination
• Travel planning: research, bookings, itineraries
• Business support: light sales support, general admin, keeping things moving forward
• Setting up and maintaining workflows in Notion (must-have skill)
• Keeping everything organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• be self-motivated and manage me, rather than waiting to receive tasks and be managed


🛠️ You should be comfortable with:
• Notion (non-negotiable — it’s the backbone of our workflow)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Being responsive and reliable during Indonesian business hours
• Taking initiative — if something feels off or slow, you’ll help make it better


💡 What I’m looking for in you:
• System savvy and dependable
• Positive track record on Upwork (earnings + strong reviews)
• Previous experience as a personal/admin assistant or business support VA
• Someone who communicates clearly and is easy to work with
