Summary
I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced video editor to join my team for a YouTube channel focused on the NAVY, covering modern fleets, historical battles, legendary ships, and behind-the-scenes insights into naval power and more.


Responsibilities:
• Start your application with the word "NAVY"
• Must be capable of editing videos to match this level of quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQAe-xpff1g&t=46s
• Strong ability to compile Navy-related clips (ships, submarines, drills, archival footage) seamlessly, with smooth and engaging transitions
• Skilled in audio/sound management (balancing VO, background music, and SFX is very important).
• Must create videos that are visually compelling and keep viewers hooked until the very end.


Volume of work:
• We provide Voiceover & Script
• We provide Eleven Labs for the music and sounds
• Edit 3 videos per week (12 per month), each 15–20 minutes long.
• We are looking for someone interested in a long-term partnership (6 months or more).


Pay:
• $2 per final video minute
• Bonuses for exceptional work! (In the first three months: for 50k, 100k, 200k, 300k, 400k… channel milestones, you get an additional $10)
