Job Description:
I desire to find someone who is able to work with all social media platforms, I already have a fairly well established presence on Youtube, Instagram, X, Pinterest and working on Tik Tok etc...


Main Goal:
The main goal is making excellent videos/shorts/storys from our Youtube videos and others. We have dozens of videos and even more unlisted that we could use to make content. We've seen all the videos on instagram for years, with auto captions, and creating them to be super nice.


My Business partner and me watch dozens of videos all the time on Instragram and Youtube Shorts, we want to do that with our videos.


Once I see what is happening, I could perhaps slowly work to do it myself but overall.


The main thing is to start posting videos and content asap, so we are already ahead of the game and gain some algorithm to push our content before we start spending money on advertising..


Everything we've did till now, has been completely organic and we've received over 1 million views on our Youtube and working with another documentary channel that has gained over 3 million from 2 videos. That channel recently came to film again and we are planning to have an another video released by them in the next few weeks.


Compensation:
We aren't looking to spend thousands up front, but we will pay for results if you're able to prove yourself. We want it all, no BS, Don't waste your time or ours please...


Ideally, this will be by the hour or fixed job based on our conversation... This will require a video discussion with me and maybe the builder.
