We are looking for IT Sys Administrators, Dev-Ops
We are looking for IT Sys Administrators, Dev-Ops with hands-on expertise in IT monitoring to participate in a 1-hour paid usability study. We’d like to assess how new users engage with and navigate our Checkmk monitoring software during the initial setup and first tasks of the workflow.


What we’re looking for:
• An IT professional actively using and working with IT monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience setting up monitoring for IT infrastructures
• Currently no experience with Checkmk


Study details:
• Format: remote session via video call and screen recording
• Duration: 1h
• Compensation: 50-100 $
• What to expect: A moderated session where you complete a provided set of tasks working with Checkmk (no installation required - we will provide everything during the session).
