Job title: LucaNet Consultant (3–5 years) – LucaNet implementation specialist

Commercial Manager role at Codex Recruitment - EPM (Jedox & IBM Planning Analytics / TM1) with a leading consultancy in Southern Baden-Wuerttemberg. You will join a LucaNet team supporting the DACH region, with clients in Germany and Switzerland, particularly in Private Equity and Group Reporting. The team is collaborative, learning-driven, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead or co-lead on LucaNet implementation projects (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting)
• Work closely with Private Equity clients on finance onboarding and reporting structures
• Support Financial Due Diligence and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) work
• Contribute to the preparation of Group Financial Statements
• Engage directly with clients and take ownership of project modules
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with LucaNet (ideally in a consultancy, LucaNet partner, or Big 4 environment)
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of Group Consolidation, Financial Planning, and Reporting
• Comfortable interacting with clients and leading parts of a project
• Fluent in German and English
