This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of an international mid‑market investment bank. The role involves significant interpersonal interaction with clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis. It also includes a business development aspect, providing the chance to develop skills both originating business and adding to the team’s expertise within the investment banking sector.

Role Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity to the Investment Banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• A self‑starter with a positive outlook and can‑do attitude
