Job Title: M&A Carve-Out Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid (In-House Consulting)About the Role A leading German chemical conglomerate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Carve-Out Project Manager to join its in-house consulting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex carve-out projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage the separation and integration of business units within the context of strategic transactions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end carve-out projects, ensuring smooth separation of entities, assets, and operations.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, legal, IT, HR, operations) to deliver carve-out workstreams.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Act as the central point of contact for senior management and external advisors.Support integration planning where applicable to ensure seamless post-transaction transitions. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record (5+ years) in M&A, carve-outs, or complex project management.Experience within management consulting, in-house consulting, or corporate development.Strong understanding of carve-out processes, transitional service agreements (TSAs), and integration challenges.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
