M&A Manager

A unique opportunity to join a high-growth, Private Equity-backed business services platform as an M&A Manager.

This position plays a key role in driving the group’s inorganic growth agenda across Europe, with responsibility spanning deal origination, execution, and market analysis.

You’ll be closely involved in identifying and assessing acquisition opportunities, supporting end-to-end transaction processes, and contributing to the strategic expansion of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse financial, industry, and market information to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Source and evaluate potential acquisition targets; lead valuation, due diligence and support the negotiation of key transaction documents including LOIs and definitive agreements.
• Prepare high-quality deal materials such as investment proposals, teasers, memoranda, and management presentations.
• Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis on potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Support post-merger integration activities, helping to define priorities and ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience gained in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of a deal process, from origination to completion.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
