The Role

As a Senior ML/NLP Engineer, you will:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and NLP models into production.
• Implement and optimise LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies to improve product performance.
• Work with agentic AI systems and explore new architectures for automation and reasoning.
• Ensure data quality and pipeline reliability through robust validation and monitoring.
• Leverage AWS (preferred) or another major cloud platform, applying modern MLOps practices to build scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business goals into technical solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in machine learning and NLP, with proven impact in production environments.
Hands-on expertise with LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, and modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
Experience with AWS is preferred, though open to those with other cloud experience who are motivated to learn.
Solid foundations in Python, data/model pipelines, and experimentation workflows.
A proactive, motivated approach with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
