Your Responsibilities At OPmobility

• Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs in the maintenance area
• Conducting maintenance assessments and continuous improvement
• Organizing and maintaining work instructions
• Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders
• Coordination with external service providers
• Reviewing preventive measures internally and externally
• Inventory checks and materials management
• Optimizing maintenance activities
• Creating and maintaining lessons learned documentation
• Documenting all maintenance actions and processes
• Communication and coordination with other departments
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Preparing reports and presentations for management
• Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS)

What You Bring To The Table

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in maintenance or technical administration is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance system
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Initiative and sense of responsibilityGerman language skills
