Maintenance System Engineer (m/w/d) in Sterbfritz

OPmobility is seeking a Maintenance System Engineer to support maintenance and reliability initiatives in Sterbfritz. Solua GmbH connects you directly with the employer and supports you through the application process.

Responsibilities and duties are carried out in collaboration with OPmobility and may include coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, while maintaining accurate documentation and data in IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintenance of KPIs in the maintenance department
• Conducting maintenance assessments and driving continuous improvement
• Organizing and maintaining work instructions
• Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders
• Coordinating with external service providers
• Reviewing preventive measures, both internally and externally
• Inventory checks and materials management
• Optimizing maintenance activities
• Creating and maintaining "Lessons Learned" documentation
• Documenting all maintenance actions and processes
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Preparing reports and presentations for management
• Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g. SAP, CMMS)

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience in maintenance or technical administration is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance management system
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
• Proactive mindset and a sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in German
