Repairs and maintenance of technical installations and systems
Painting work throughout the hotel
Supervision of repairs by external companies
Management of ventilation, heating, and pumping systems
Maintenance of building technology
Compliance with and implementation of employee safety and occupational health standards
Close, trustful collaboration with all departments in the hotel
**Hereu2019s what we expect from you:**
Completed training as a technician, preferably as a painter and decorator
Knowledge in plumbing or electrical fields is desirable
Independence and structured working style
High quality awareness
Strong team spirit
Guest-oriented approach
Good German skills, with English skills being an advantage
Good IT skills
