Job Title: Make.com Automation Specialist


Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Make.com (formerly Integromat) automation specialist who can set up a complete marketing workflow for us.


Goal: The goal is to automate data collection from Typeform responses, enrich this data with external APIs, generate insights with AI, and create automated reports in Google Docs.


Workflow Details:
• Trigger: New response in Typeform (company info, website, Instagram URL, Quiz outcome etc.).
• Enrichment via APIs:
  • DataForSEO for website/domain insights.
  • PhantomBuster (Instagram Scraper) for social media stats (engagement rate).
• Processing: Calculate key metrics (engagement rate, SEO visibility, etc.).
• AI Analysis: Use OpenAI (ChatGPT API) to generate short, clear strategy recommendations.
• Reporting: Automatically populate a Google Docs template with the enriched data & AI output.


Responsibilities:
• Setting up the full Make.com scenario.
• Handling authentication with APIs (PhantomBuster, DataForSEO, OpenAI, etc.).
• Proper error handling and retries (robust setup, not just a basic flow).
• Guidance on best practices (API usage limits, cost efficiency).


Deliverables:
• A fully working Make.com scenario that can run automatically.
• Documentation on how the flow works (so we can maintain it later).


Skills Required:
• Strong experience with Make.com (Integromat).
• API integration skills (REST, JSON).
• Familiarity with marketing/SEO/social APIs (Clearbit, DataForSEO, PhantomBuster).
• Experience with AI tools (OpenAI API).


Budget: Open to proposals depending on experience and estimated time.


Timeline: Ideally within 2-3 days.
