What to expect

As Manager Local Labeling, you will be part of a motivated team responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing the product information (FI/PI) for our medicines in Germany. You will help ensure that product information texts are up to date and reach patients, physicians and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the Fach- und Gebrauchsinformationen (PI) for medicines of our German distribution companies and ensure timely implementation of safety-related text changes.
• Perform and review English/German translations as required.
• After PI texts are approved, ensure timely publication of updated information (including 11a AMG) and coordinate the necessary service providers.
• Prepare mandatory information according to legal requirements (e.g., 4 HWG) and comply with the directives of the Information Officer (74a AMG).
• Document and maintain standard labeling processes (Labeling-SOPs) in collaboration with the team.

• Completed studies in Pharmacy, Medicine or Biology.
• Experience in labeling of medicinal products.
• Familiar with laws and guidelines for drug approvals.
• Strong integrity, reliability, decision-making skills at project level.
• Flexibility and teamwork; meticulous, engaged, independent working style.
• Excellent German and English written and spoken communication skills.
