Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management supporting the strategic development of the fast growing Global Commercial Lines business
2. Driving new and existing business opportunities together with the group companies in Germany and across the globe, its digital innovation unit and with other group companies
3. Definition and implementation of best practice standards across operating companies
4. Executing thought leadership through driving and developing technical topics (innovation, training, guidance) in P & C

Minimum Requirements

1. University degree and/or equivalent education in the insurance industry
2. English: Fluent written and spoken business language skills
3. All additional language capabilities would be viewed very positively
4. Proven track record in the international P&C industry
5. Cross-cultural affinity and proven ability to work and communicate successfully at different levels in a multi-national environment
