Responsibilities

• Project leadership and team management: Independently lead various consulting projects, responsible for steering project teams and achieving project goals.
• Financial and business analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of companies and segments to develop solutions and recommendations for clients.
• Client management and networking: Maintain existing client relationships and expand your network to deepen consulting expertise.
• Business development: Contribute to strategic direction and growth of AURICON alongside ongoing projects.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years relevant experience in transactions, restructuring, or CFO advisory.
• Degree in economics or a related field with above-average success.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, self-motivation, and confident demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and English skills.
