What You Can Expect

• Design complex software solutions and application architectures, including cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate closely with other departments and assist product managers in solution finding.
• Host workshops and promote knowledge transfer within the team.
• Analyze and solve complex problems while creating data models.
• Implement best practices to enhance team performance.
• Coach the product team and communicate technical content clearly.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You Need To Bring

• A degree in business informatics or a similar field.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Extensive experience in developing cloud applications.
• Experience in designing complex distributed systems.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex business processes.
• Proven experience working with interdisciplinary agile teams.
• Strong communication skills, proactive and motivated attitude.
• Fluency in both German and English for business purposes.
