Manager - Strategy Consulting

Our client, a leading Strategy Consulting firm is looking for strong additions to their team in Frankfurt. Responsibilities:Lead and deliver commercial due diligence (CDD) projects for private equity and corporate clients across diverse sectors.Manage project teams, ensuring robust market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and growth opportunity assessments.Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations and present findings to senior client stakeholders.Drive business development by supporting proposal writing, client relationship management, and thought leadership initiatives.Qualifications:5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to private equity or transaction-related projects.Proven track record in leading CDDs and managing multiple workstreams independently.Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
