What To Expect

• Consulting and support for financial investors in international transactions within the Small-to-Mid-Cap segment, with a focus on Commercial Due Diligence and Buy&Build strategies
• Independent identification of investment opportunities through target screenings and sector strategy development
• Project management and client advisory for Commercial Due Diligence reports preparation.
• Development of growth strategies and assistance in implementing measures at the portfolio company level
• Creation and validation of market models and business plans.
• Supervision and mentorship of analysts and (Senior) Consultants involved in project
• Active participation in the further development of Telescope both internally and externally using the OKR system
  
  

Your profile

• A completed master's degree and several years of practical experience in consulting, corporate finance, or startup environments
• Experience in independent project management and leading project teams in management consulting
• Experience in strategy and transaction consulting, particularly in Commercial Due Diligence
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a hands-on mentality and results orientation
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
