1. Project management to support the strategic development of the Global Commercial Lines business of Ergo Group AG.
2. Driving new business opportunities in cooperation with international Group companies and innovation units.
3. Definition and implementation of best practice standards in the operating companies.
4. Developing and driving technical innovations, consulting, and training in P&C.
5. Reviewing underwriting decisions and conducting reviews and deep dives in Group companies.
Profile:

Communicative analyst with diplomatic negotiating skills

1. University degree and/or equivalent education in the insurance industry.
2. Proven track record in the international P&C industry, intercultural competence.
3. Very good communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
4. Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
5. Business fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills will be considered favourably.
