• Project management to support the strategic development of the Global Commercial Lines business of Ergo Group AG
• Driving new business opportunities in co-operation with international Group companies and innovation units
• Definition and implementation of best practice standards in the operating companies
• Developing and driving technical innovations, consulting and training in P&C
• Reviewing underwriting decisions and conducting reviews and deep dives in Group companies
Profile:

Communicative analyst with diplomatic negotiating skills

• University degree and/or equivalent education in the insurance industry
• Proven track record in the international P&C industry, intercultural competence
• Very good communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships quickly
• Flexibility to travel internationally when required
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills will be considered favourably
