JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Strategic customer responsibility: You will take on account responsibility for key customers and work with them to develop long-term growth strategies based on Atlassian products
• Team leadership and development: You will coach consultants and senior consultants, build internal and external teams, and lead them in challenging national and international projects
• Portfolio and product strategy: You will actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our Atlassian services as well as to corporate and portfolio planning
• Highly complex implementation projects: You will advise customers on defining requirements, create specifications, and accompany the entire project cycle—from conception to rollout
• Business & process consulting: You advise customers on the design, introduction, and optimization of business and IT processes using the entire Atlassian product portfolio. The focus is on Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You analyze processes, identify potential for improvement, and develop customized solutions for efficient workflows, optimal collaboration, and long-term value creation.
• Quality management & compliance: You define specific quality standards and ensure compliance with them in globally distributed project teams.

YOU:

• Several years of project experience in complex, national, and international IT environments (enterprise implementations, scaling, migration, customization)
• Several years of proven experience as a (senior) consultant in the entire Atlassian ecosystem (especially Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Methodological expertise, e.g., through certifications (IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert) and ideally agile qualifications (Scrum, SAFe)
• In-depth business management knowledge (creation of business cases, product calculations, cost-benefit analyses)
• Excellent communication skills, including at management level, and ability to clearly present complex topics in writing
• Excellent ability to present complex issues in writing
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills as well as experience in building and managing interdisciplinary teams
• Strong conflict resolution and assertiveness skills combined with strong customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree/diploma
• Professional experience in IT/organizational projects
• Method certification (IPMA, PMP, ITIL)
• Atlassian Certified Expert
• Fluent English & C2 German speaker

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• International project experience

• Atlassian Certified Expert certification
