We are currently looking for a Managing Director Italy (m/f/d), who will work hand in hand with one of the founders and current General Manager of the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
• Reporting to the board, with direct lines to the CEO and CFO, providing market insights and strategic advice
• Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost efficiency
• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities
• Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures
• Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations
• Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, public engagements, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Long-standing experience in a comparable management position
• Technical background in and great understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering in the automation industry, with a special focus on winding technology
• A technical Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable is not mandatory but would be desirable
• Strong sales affinity and experience in sales roles, as well as corresponding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management and building customer relationships
• Business fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
