Following the hugely successful opening of our Investigo Amsterdam office last year, we are now opening two offices in Germany: Munich and Berlin. As such, we have a limited number of opportunities for experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultants to join our founding team for Investigo, Germany.

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 3 years or more of recruitment experience within an agency, who wants to join a global, high-performing company where you will get the support and development to excel in your recruitment career.

You will be joining a start-up business with the infrastructure and financial backing of a global recruitment business with 13 offices across the world. You will be based in Munich and have the leadership and guidance of two highly successful German recruitment leaders. In this role, you will be based in Munich and focus on placing technology professionals throughout Germany.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 3 years or more of experience within a 360 Recruitment Consultant position. Ideally, you will have experience within the technology recruitment sector. You will be part of a start-up business, with the opportunity to impact the growth and strategic direction of our Munich office. You will be focused on placing technology professionals into businesses throughout Germany.

The Role

This is a 360 Managing Recruitment Consultant position focused on placing technology professionals into businesses throughout Germany. You will be working for Investigo, a global Recruitment Agency. You will start by handling the entire candidate and client life cycle from new client acquisition to candidate aftercare. Overall, you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility and gravitas.

• Client acquisition
• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Maintaining existing client relationships and new business development
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and headhunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for

We are ideally looking for someone with 3 years or more of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency. Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting for technology positions.

The ideal person will

• You must have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, either within a 360 Recruitment Consultant position
• You must be fluent in speaking English
• Ideally, you will be fluent in speaking German
• You will have recruitment experience within an agency
• You will have experience in recruiting for technology professionals
• Proactive and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
• The ability to work in a small and autonomous team
