Your tasks

• Component planning for rotating components made of nickel-based or titanium superalloys.
• Planning of work sequences and production processes, taking into account new procedures.
• Preparation of work accompanying documents and planning of operating resources.
• Documentation and approval of production methods, preparation of first article inspection reports (FAI).
• Review of customer specifications and technical negotiations with customers.
• Implementation of optimization measures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Control, monitoring and analysis of production trials.
• Problem, process and weak point analysis using various quality tools

Your profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical studies, or training as a metal processing technician with several years of relevant specific professional experience
• Experience in dealing with quality data
• Knowledge of CAD (Siemens NX), Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes : Machining and testing
• Professional expertise in the production of aerospace components / metal processing
• SAP knowledge (manufacturing, costing)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills for technical communication
