Overview

Manufacturing Technician (m/w/x) - befristet at Mynaric . This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend or become permanent. Applications need to have a valid working visa and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.

Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an efficient workflow. Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards.

Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES.

Use basic Office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.

What You Bring With You

English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team.

Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes.

Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610).

Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others.
