What We’re Looking For:

A flexible, data-driven marketing partner that can support us across the following areas:


Growth & Performance Marketing
• Develop and execute growth-oriented strategies to drive newsletter signups, lead generation, and event registration
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for campaign copy, blog content, and automations
• Identify and implement organic and paid growth tactics (e.g., SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google)


Website Support
• Support in optimizing landing pages for conversion (content + UX insights)
• Provide light website maintenance or liaise with our devs when needed
• Assist with SEO structure and performance tracking


Social Media & Newsletter
• Plan and execute regular social media content and community engagement
• Manage and optimize newsletter campaigns (Mailchimp or equivalent)
• Align storytelling across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Substack)


Event Growth Strategy
• Execute audience acquisition strategies for both virtual and physical events
• Build and test paid campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, or community activations to attract attendees
• Coordinate with our internal team to align comms and assets


Requirements
• Proven track record working with growth-stage media or event companies
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, automation tools, and generative AI workflows
• Strong portfolio of multi-channel campaigns (organic + paid)
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp, Notion, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with distributed teams
