Your Future Role

1. End-to-end responsibility for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing development.
2. Introduction and development of MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, along with identifying and implementing automation potentials.
3. Developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across the customer journey, including lead nurturing, scoring, cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies.
4. Coordinating with external implementation partners within agile project structures, including testing, acceptance, and rollout phases.
5. Collaborating closely with the CRM team to ensure efficient processes and seamless system integration.
6. Providing training and support to key users and end-users, offering advice on best practices with the tools used.
7. Creating training materials and structured process documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the company.

What You Bring to the Team

• A degree in economics focusing on marketing, e-commerce, digital business, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience with marketing automation and intelligence solutions, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Account Engagement, Advertising Studio, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
• Experience in system implementation, interfaces, data structures, and testing.
• Ideally familiar with agile working methods like Scrum and collaboration with external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and an independent, solution-oriented work approach.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
