Job Description:

What can you expect?

• You manage the integration of external applications such as LinkedIn, GoToWebinar, and others with the Eloqua platform to extend marketing capabilities and reach.
• You configure and manage user access and security roles within the Eloqua platform to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• You analyze business requirements to support ongoing improvements and customizations of the Eloqua system, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
• You design and adjust lead generation strategies and programs to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• You perform regular audits and maintenance of the marketing database to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data used in campaigns.
• You establish and maintain interfaces for data exchange between Eloqua and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
• You develop and refine marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness, and provide second-level technical support including data storage, segmentation, troubleshooting, and campaign construction issues related to the Eloqua platform.

What should you bring along?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
• You have a strong understanding of marketing processes and demand generation.
• You possess technical proficiency with CRM systems.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
