We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our fully remote and mission driven team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of marketing and communications, including managing briefs to the designer, copywriting, social media calendar ownership, website content management, app store design and content management, and listing vacancies.
This year, the position is for 20 hours per week and will increase to 32 hours per week next year.
Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, client cases, and manage email campaigns.
Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Take ownership of the social media calendar, planning and scheduling content across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Managing briefs to the designer, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of assets.
Assist in designing and updating content for app stores to optimize visibility and raise awareness.
Create and update visuals using design programs (Adobe, Figma).
Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe, Figma)
Previous agency experience is a plus.
Permit to live and work in your country of residence is a must.

Salary15k-25k € per year depending on seniority and country of residence.
