Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Increase demand for Infineon products and solutions, generate qualified leads, and create a platform for customer discussions at trade shows.
• Responsible for holistic project management of flagship events, covering content conception and onsite experience.
• Position Infineon products and solutions in their competitive environment.
• Craft compelling storytelling of technologies and technical aspects for wide target groups.
• Manage end‑to‑end project of trade fair appearances and signature events—including planning, conception, onsite implementation, and accompanying communication measures.
• Coordinate agencies, booth builders, and other service providers.
• Control budgets and continuously optimize the cost–benefit ratio for all measures.

This is a temporary contract for 24 months.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in PR, event agencies, or other communication fields.
• Extensive expertise in marketing communications, with mastery of digital communication channels and media.
• Experience managing external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of trade fair/event sector projects, both analog and digital.
• Ability to foster cooperation among global, multidisciplinary teams, and manage high‑pressure scenarios with a solution‑oriented mindset; passion for technology‑driven topics and industries.
• Excellent German and English communication skills (verbal and written).
