Overview
We are looking for a skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include building our agency's brand presence, developing communication strategies, managing content across platforms, collaborating with sales and creative teams, and monitoring campaign KPIs. You will also organize events and stay updated on industry developments.
Responsibilities
- Enhance our agency's brand visibility to increase reach and revenue.
- Develop and implement brand, communication, and content strategies.
- Create targeted content for social media, newsletters, case studies, and reports.
- Collaborate with sales to generate leads and support campaigns.
- Design landing pages, forms, and CTAs with the creative team.
- Manage newsletter marketing campaigns for existing and new clients.
- Maintain and develop social media channels.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs to inform future initiatives.
- Plan and support events, developing effective communication concepts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and media coverage to identify new topics.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in German or English at C2 or native level, and good command of the other language.
- Degree in communication, business, marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant B2B online marketing experience.
- Experience with KPI measurement and marketing tools (CMS, analytics, CRM).
- Strong language skills, confidence in writing, and excellent communication abilities.
- Team-oriented, motivated, and reliable.
