 For our communications department in Germany at our location in Lingen (Ems) we are looking for a full-time 
 Marketing & Communications Specialist (all genders welcome)  
 Are you organized, communicative, and have a strong sense for brand presence? Join our global marketing team and support the implementation and coordination of international marketing and communication activities — with a clear focus on operational excellence and collaboration. 
 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - operational, coordinating, international 
  - International event coordination: You support the planning and alignment of international events and conferences in close collaboration with regional marketing teams. You act as the central coordination point — execution is handled by the regions 
  - On-site event support: You take on operational tasks for events at our Lingen location and assist in developing event management processes 
  - Marketing activities & campaigns: You coordinate internal and external initiatives and support the execution of projects and campaigns — always in close alignment with the responsible teams 
  - Content & channel management: You maintain content for print, digital, and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand communication. Content creation is done in collaboration with internal and external partners 
  - Platform & material management: You manage our internal brand shop and maintain marketing materials and databases in a structured and brand-compliant way 
  - Analysis & reporting: You support the monitoring of relevant KPIs, evaluate event and communication data, and prepare recommendations to support strategic development 
  - Coordination of external partners: You handle the operational coordination with agencies, service providers, and internal project partners, ensuring smooth execution of our initiatives 
  - Trend monitoring: You observe current developments in marketing and communication and prepare relevant insights to bring fresh ideas into the team 
   
 What you will bring 
 Education or experience counts:  
  - Completed vocational training or university degree in event management, communication, marketing, or media 
  - Alternatively: several years of professional experience in a similar operational role 
  - Structured and independent working style with strong organizational skills 
  - Experience working with agencies and service providers 
  - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content and asset management systems 
  - Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of commitment 
  - Good understanding of media channels, digital systems, and project coordination 
  - Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
