What We Do

Why This Role Matters

As our Marketing Content Designer , you’ll work hand in hand with our Marketing Lead – gaining direct exposure to strategic decisions, campaign design, and projects that shape how aescolab grows. You’ll own creative initiatives end to end, sharpen your storytelling and design skills, and see what it really takes to build a brand from the inside out.

Your Tasks

• Design and produce visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns that inspire and engage our community
• Translate aescolab’s brand identity into consistent visuals across presentations, social media, and marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on campaigns – from concept to execution and performance analysis
• Contribute to copy and visuals in both English and German , ensuring alignment with aescolab’s empowering and modern tone
• Bring in creative ideas , experiment with formats, and turn strategic goals into scroll‑stopping content

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g. Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business )
• You can commit at least 10 hours per week
• Excellent English and native or bilingual German skills (written & spoken)
• Strong interest in visual communication, branding, and digital marketing
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn directly from leadership in a fast‑moving environment
• You move effortlessly between Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite , and love pushing boundaries with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, D‑ID, or ElevenLabs to create bold, eye‑catching content.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail , with the ability to turn ideas into clean, engaging visuals
• Excited to work remote, hybrid or on‑site in Berlin (just as you like) and be part of a growing startup shaping the future of preventive health
