Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support in executing regional marketing campaigns across China (e.g. trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, etc.)
• Assist in translations and content creation
• Analyse and compile market information such as trends, market data, brand movements, new launches, success stories, etc.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives including wechat campaigns, email marketing, webinar etc
• Liaise with sales teams, distributors and global marketing team to align on promotional materials, lead generation activities, and collateral needs
• Maintain the marketing inventory, coordinate prototype requests, shipping, purchases and printing
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Some travelling required in China (up to 10%) for internal meetings and event support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences fields(cosmetics, chemistry, fragrance, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Life Science etc.)
• 3-5 related working years’ experience. Internship or work experience in the related field will be a plus
• Fluency in Chinese and good in English
• Good grasp of content creation and analysis tools like Microsoft Office Suite
